He was able to identify our issues (which were major) during his initial consultation and sent us a detailed quotation that evening, as promised. His work was highly professional. He always left any area that he was working in in a clean state and turned up when he said he would. His communication was excellent. He is easy to talk to, is a good listener and an honest man. I can't recommend him highly enough.
