I was trying to organise a line to connect my internet. Over the last 6weeks I've spoken to 14 Dodo Techs and 7 Optus Technicians none of whom could shed any light on my issues. The Mr Switch Technician had my phone line replaced and internet up and running in less than an hour. Very professional and friendly, I couldnt have asked for a simpler solution.
