Nathan replaced a light, installed two indoor fans plus an outdoor fan for me over two visits. He replied promptly and quoted quickly after my initial contact. He arrived at the times he told me he would and worked efficiently. He left the areas spotless and took all refuse with him for disposal. Nathan was very prompt and clear with all communication and was polite and helpful. Highly recommend.

Issue - Pool safety switch on electrical tripping , (I couldn’t work out why), rendering my creepy crawly and filter not working . I rang Nathan and explained . In addition to this , I had time restraints to many children pick ups from school and a medical emergency with one of my boys with a fractured hand, and the rest of the week would be pouring rain making unsafe for an electrician to be doing this work. Nathan shuffled his day and nearly portaled here!… arriving in 15minutes of the phone call! He problem shooted, and found a faulty transformer to pool lights. Resolved, so all is safe and had my filter and creepy crawling working in no time . He knew I had to leave for school pick up and doctors and X-ray . And did a wonderful job of resolving the electrical issue and also so considerate and supportive of my juggling with my responsibilities and time restraints to come so promptly . Thank you so Much. I contacted Nathan a bit stressed with a newborn, a new house and a power outage. Nathan was really helpful and kind and got me to send him a photo of our power box to help troubleshoot as he could not attend. He didn't need to do that and we really appreciate it. Thank you Nathan! you will be our new local electrician :)
