I used Best Price for a system replacement 11 years ago so when I had a issue I called on them again. Graham was on time, fast and is very honest in his advice, hot water was intermittently not heating up, I was expecting to be up for a new system (due to it`s age). Graham reset the off-peak after checking the heater was ok and recommended to contact Aus Grid if the hot water went out again as would likely be the relay/timer in the fuse box. Sure enough he was right and Aus Grid fixed it up no charge. I would Highly recommend Best Price Hot water for great honest service and advice.

My water heat was leaking everywhere. Called (on a public holiday) and Hayden came out that afternoon. My water heater was upstairs in a cupboard. A very difficult job!! Hayden took care of everything so efficiently and I had a new hot water service the next morning. The price was very reasonable and it was a pleasure dealing with this company. Exemplary service!

Graeme did a fabulous job at short notice when our gas hot water died on the weekend. He came within a few hours, supplied the new one and took away the old one. Awesome! Highly recommended.
