He responded quickly and identified a serious electrical fault in my switchboard where an overheating circuit and damaged wiring were at real risk of causing a fire. The fault could have easily led to the house burning down, especially as I didn’t have insurance at the time. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and fixed the issue properly rather than taking shortcuts. His professionalism, honesty, and attention to safety genuinely gave me peace of mind. I’m extremely grateful for his work and would 100% trust him again for any electrical job.
