Hiring trades can be stressful to find the right people with great customer service and product knowledge. The team at concept electrical and security made it super easy to quote, book them in and completely trusted them to handle the job. They came on the day got to work and got it done with minimal interruptions. Great communication leading up to the job and on the day. Have so many more projects I’ll need in the future. Fantastic service.

We recently had Concept Electrical do a variety of work at our home—everything from upgrading and adding powerpoints to installing internal and external lighting and setting up home security. They were incredibly professional and had excellent communication throughout the entire process. I even joked that they were breaking the Tradies Code because they kept us so well informed! The quality of their work was outstanding—everything was done neatly, and they consistently cleaned up after themselves. Great value for money too—I'm more than satisfied with the result for what I paid. I would most definitely recommend Concept Electrical to anyone needing reliable, high-quality electrical work.
