    What a great service!! James personally came out within one hour of my call requesting help to sort out my tripped fuse which could only be sorted in the main Electricity Room in my apartment block. He talked over the issue, how it can be resolved and was very transparent regarding the call out fee and any additional charges should they be incurred with this type of scenario. Out of all the quotes received his was the best and it was also a comfort that he gave scenarios which it could increase given my issue so that I wouldn't be left with a very high bill!! Would definitely used again and have passed on his details to local friends and colleagues. Was also a very nice bloke. Highly recommend, Rick
