Highly recommend the services of Yousef and Brandon, 5 star service ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Brandon from Illawarra Electrical came out to quote the job and was great to deal with. He was friendly, prompt, professional, and efficient, and explained everything clearly. Quote was sent out promptly and work was booked in right away before Christmas. Very fast, efficient and friendly service Yousef was the electrician who attended to install the fan and replace a light, and he was honestly the nicest guy around. Extremely polite, respectful, and professional from the moment he arrived. He worked quickly and efficiently, explained what he was doing, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The job was completed to a high standard and everything was left clean and tidy. Highly recommend Yousef and Brandon they are both absolute asset to the company.

I have never in my life had a customer service experience as good as how ive had it with Bekim. I had some problems with my main switch board, a circuit that tripped. He kindly and patiently explained what i can do to reduce time and money wasted in the meantime and explained in detail what could be occuring. He managed to get one of his guys out within an hour to have a quick look to see if it was a quick fix, unfortunately not and we rescheduled. I called him after hours as i was concerned about sounds from our switchboard. I sent him a video of the switchboard and he immediately warned me of the danger of it and instructed me to turn the mains off whilst its late at night and head to bed and they will be out early tomorrow to fix it. (I would prefer to save $ from an after hours call). We did that, but he called back saying he couldnt sleep at night knowing that issue is there with a family in the home and would come after hours and help me out. You dont get much of these interactions in life from people anymore, so when you do it really shocks you that there are people out there that do care and do want to do the right thing. Sorry for the sop story Bekim but it truely means alot for your help. You can tell his extremely knowledgeable, could not recommend illawarra electrical enough.

From initial quote to execution, IES was fantastic. Yousef was my electrician to get all the work complete and it was completed promptly, cleanly and with clear customer centric communication and he even finished the job 2 days in advance. When I needed to ask a question or asked for additional services it was so easy to communicate with Yousef, who even answered the phone out of hours - a rare quality these days. The text message sent before they arrived helped me arrange my dogs for ease of access to the site. I had external tradesmen also here when Yousef completed the work, and they praised the prompt work for the IES team - in and out within 20 minutes and even cleaned up. It has been a pleasure to engage with Yousef and the team and he will be my go-to electrician from here on out. I would highly recommend the IES team to complete any job - big or small!
