I can’t speak highly enough of Rhys and Iconic Solar & Batteries. They recently installed a 40 kWh 3‑phase Sigenergy Sigenstor system at my home and the entire experience was brilliant. Their pricing was very competitive, the installation was efficient and tidy, and the attention to detail was next-level—Rhys even went out of his way to refresh and reorganise my meter box wiring and layout so everything is safer, cleaner, and easier to manage. He was transparent and knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and walked me through the monitoring app so I know exactly how to get the most from the system. It’s rare to see this level of professionalism and care. If you’re considering solar or batteries, don’t look anywhere else—highly recommend Iconic. And to top it all off our suburb had a 2 hour blackout the following week and the system performed flawlessly - everything in the house just kept working; we didn't even notice until we looked at the rest of our street.

I cannot recommend Rhys and his team highly enough. From first point of contact Rhys’ customer service, expertise in his field and work ethic is evident. Every single question I could throw at him was answered with confident and evidenced responses and I had many on several different occasions – these were welcomed by Rhys and I never felt like I was a “pain”, he endeavours to ensure understanding and satisfaction. There was constant communication throughout the entire process, Rhys and his team were efficient, focused and yet friendly with my very steep roof to deal with. The other thing that really shines is that Rhys provides after sales care, my inverter is monitored by him so I do not feel that the job is now done and it is goodbye, customer service is ongoing which is rare today. Rhys and Josh did a great job with my recent solar and battery installation. They were professional, friendly, patient and responsive before, during and afterwards. The installation process went very smoothly, and even my neighbours complimented their work. I also appreciated how they took extra care with reusing/recycling the packaging and installation materials. In addition to the environmental and self-sufficiency benefits, the detailed usage data via the app is helping me to reduce daily household energy consumption. Highly recommend Iconic to anyone considering solar, and my only regret is not doing it sooner!

Rhys from Iconic was genuinely very good to deal with throughout the whole process. I did quite a bit of research both on the products themselves and installation of such, and Rhys' acceptance and willingness to deal with my questions/concerns is very much appreciated.
