We had used the same electrician for over 20 years, but with his recent retirement, we needed someone new for a few electrical jobs around the house. Chad came highly recommended, and we’re very glad he did. He arrived promptly at the agreed time and completed the tasks efficiently. What impressed us most was the care he took—not just with the electrical work, but with our home as well. He was respectful, removed his boots, and was mindful of our furniture throughout the process. In addition to the scheduled work, Chad identified and resolved an issue with a safety protective device that had failed—something we were completely unaware of. His attention to detail and thorough approach gave us great confidence in his work. Overall, we were very happy with the service Chad provided and will certainly be calling on him again for any future electrical needs.
