Simmark Southern Highlands

Simmark installed our new Solar system today. Winaico panels and Sunny Boy inverter. The customer service has been excellent from the initial quotation and answering all our questions, to the technicians professionalism on the day. We have the monitoring set-up and are currently watching the production (and our savings!) Very happy, will be recommending to everyone I know!

I had Simmark Bowral here this past week to service our solar panels and reverse cycle air conditioner. Cameron and Jack were very professional, they arrived on time, did all the right things (serviced and even repaired a rat-chewed cable), they also went above and beyond by spending time to help problem solve a separate issue with our under-floor heating. I would highly commend them both for their excellent work ethic.

Simmark was my third attempt at just trying to get someone to return my phone call, and their admin staff were wonderfully efficient, with the very knowledgeable and professional young men turning up on time on the day and really doing a thorough job. The weather has been cold enough to test out the heating but not the cooling yet, and on those chilly nights we were toasty. Even after servicing from other companies in past years, it has not worked as well as it has since Simmark serviced it. I thoroughly recommend Simmark for any aircon requirements!
