The technician recommended that I contact the company to request an out-of-warranty concession, which resulted in a significant reduction in the cost. He then worked around my schedule, arranging collection and return of the dishwasher, and efficiently fixed an additional issue he discovered along the way. This company is truly customer-focused, providing high-quality repairs, clear communication, and outstanding convenience. I am very greatful for the service I received.

My washing machine had a bit come loose and jam the spinning barrel (which I was unaware of - it just seized up). The issue was identified quickly and hey presto! they got it working again. Excellent service!

Great Lakes didn't have such a great name previously but new management and phone problems have been overcome . My washing machine not finished yet so watch this space . I was told buy appliance seller? That it would take at least two weeks for someone to come out. Next day after ringing🤪 as i am computer illiterate and corresponding from Sydney it has been a problem. Not for Ali who is o the phones alone . She couldn't be more helpful and is worth more money!!!!!
