Kool Heat

I've just had my ducted air conditioner serviced by Josh from Koolheat. I was very impressed by how thorough he was, not only checking and cleaning the external unit and filter but also cleaning each individual duct throughout the house. And he was very punctual, arriving right on the booked time.

Excellent service. Response to my query was prompt and interactions with sales and admin were marvelous. Tradies were very courteous and made sure they did not leave a mess behind. Certainly a pleasant experience from start to finish.

Great service Kool Heat, prompt & on time, from the 1st phone call to book a service call the staff were friendly and helpful & listened to my concerns with our AC issues, & the Tech "Josh" was informative and thorough whilst inspecting and checking our ducted air system. On 1st impressions Would highly recommend "Kool Heat Air" to all, unlike the local company we paid to install it and didn't reply or turn up when we had problems 12 months earlier, PJW.

Today we had our a/c serviced by Kool Heat and cannot praise them enough for their efficiency & professional way they conduct themselves. Cameron so did the service was amazing and did a great job, he had a great work ethic and left everything spotless. A great Company that I would highly recommend. Josh was just wonderful,he came on time, did his job thoroughly and found the problem and he fixed our ducted air conditioning there and then, I am one very happy and satisfied customer and Highly recommend Kool Heat for all your air conditioning needs.
