    All our home lights went out last night and panic set in when the switch was on in the Electrical Panel and still no lights on. A quick search on Google first thing in the morning I came across Gordon Powers. My call was answered quickly and efficiently telling me they could have someone onsite by 11am, relief… James arrived onsite before I expected him to, and after a quick chat about what happened he got to work to identify what the issue with the lighting was. Once he conducted his initial checks he then explained the issue, what the resolution would be and the cost involved. James was an absolute pleasure to have in our home, he was knowledgeable and patient with answering my questions and was willing to provide information for me to understand which put me at ease. Whilst onsite I also asked about an Electrical Panel upgrade which had been on our list of things to get to do but hadn’t gotten around to doing, fixed 2 external down lights that had not been working for over a year and replaced 2 external power switches that had played up previously. What started as one issue turned into getting a whole heap of things that really needed to be fixed done, nothing was an issue for James to do. A big thank you for all the work you completed, your professionalism and understanding. We would highly recommend James and his work and will use James for all future electrical needs.

    Very happy with service and price. Dylan, Kenthurst branch, arrived on time, accurately assessed the problem, quoted a fair price and got the job done. Dylan was polite and helpful. We are seniors and he treated us respect and fantastic customer service. Would definitely use again. Recommended.

    Had power issues at our place, both electricians that came to our house were knowledgeable and professional and got everything fixed and replaced within the day following a night call out the night previous. They and Carmen in the office were great to deal with. We will be using them again in the future for any electrical needs.

    Needed our power pole replaced, job was done within 3 hours and electricity restored, very efficient. However, some materials were left behind after the job so we had to chase them up to get these removed. Also had a bit of trouble in getting written confirmation stating the warranty period of the job (their office was telling us a different warranty period to what we had been told on the day by the workers), and a copy of the compliance certificate, so suggest future customers to make sure these are dealt with on the spot. In the end everything was resolved though, thanks Gordon Powers.
