East Point Power

Unfortunately East Point Solar were not used by me till the battery stage of my install, I only wish I had used them from the beginning, they are very good. There are a lot of shonky operators in the solar industry and using a professional group like East point is so refreshing. Also unlike a lot of other solar companies that are just the third person, the go between the client and contractor (for a neat commission) these guys take and do the work which explains why they are so incredibly competitive. Do yourself a favour and don't make my mistake, use these guys and nobody else. And by the way their office staff are amazing, always a follow up and concern for their clients at least that was my experience, I know there can be hold up's at times but the office always tried to keep me informed.

East Point Power offer a knowledgeable, down to earth, no bs or inflated price service in the northern rivers. They know solar systems, what works and also whats good value as well. Thier expertise and awareness in solar is very satisfying and impressive. They know how to set them up properly and actually care about follow up. I highly recommend them.

Yarran, Jimmy and the whole team did an amazing job getting our Solar panels and Hybrid battery system installed. Credit to their work ethic navigating a very high roof and getting the best results for our home. Recommend these guys highly.

‪We had our aging solar installation upgraded and battery installed at the same time by East Point Power recently. Yarran was quick to undertake a comprehensive inspection and prepare a quotation. He explained everything in detail and had all the right answers. The team were punctual and the job and was done within the allotted timeframe. Every one of them were professional, knew their stuff, worked efficiently and cleaned up when done. We’ve been through a couple of power outages recently and the system has worked beyond my expectations. I am most impressed on how quick the battery charges, even in cloudy conditions. Yarran and his team worked within our tight deadlines and roof being painted prior to installation. Job was done very professionally and clean up afterwards. We are now sitting pretty with aircons on and no worries about power bills.

Jimmy, who installed our battery, re-configured meter board and re-arranged existing roof top panels, did so professionally and would recommend him to anyone thinking of upgrading to battery or a complete unit.
