Can recommend Coolabah AC as I had a non conventional second story setup requirement for a Spilt System with height restrictions and Built-in wardrobe obstruction. Coolabah attended my premises, took photos recorded all necessary dimensions and requirements pertaining. Within approx 7days i had my quote and cross sectional plan drawing showing my options as my job was far from normal as most AC installs are. Accepted quote, paid deposit, within 7 days job was completed by competent Technician without issue. Will use Coolabah again.

My regular service was attended with skill and confidence. The female technician was timely on her arrival and completed the task with minimal fuss. I was very pleased that all my vents were cleaned as this hadn’t been done on previous services. I’ve been using Cool-A-bah for many years and am very confident to continue using this company.

Liam and Jamie installed a new air con, serviced my existing air con and replaced 4 ceiling fans...both were professional, courteous and spent time explaining how the new products operated to ensure I understood and would be able to use all the great features they had. Cool-A-bah have been excellent to deal with always keeping me informed as to the progress of my job. The tech was helpful in instructing me about how to check fault codes due to our issue being intermittent. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I contacted Coolabah Cooling on this occasion because of their excellent service and pricing on another unit in my house. This time my main unit ceased and the technician attended and his inspection revealed a new system was required. He kept me informed during this process and explained why I needed a new unit. The price and new product is very satisfying.
