  Sebastian and Lachlan worked hard and very well as a team to install a POE wired video doorbell, rewired an air-conditioning circuit to make it compliant to standards, and installed a few smart home devices and power outlets for me. They were at my place almost for full day handling all that work. While initially unfamiliar with the exact smart home devices I got, Sebastian took the time and effort to study the wiring manual (and also discussed with me) to make sure it is installed correctly. That open and proactive attitude, willingness to learn and desire to do things right made sure the install went smoothly. I was also very impressed with how Sebastian and Lachlan worked together, with Sebastian using plenty of opportunity to teach and train Lachlan. That was my first time engaging with CHM team (after I chose from 3 different quotes), I would be very happy to go back to Sebastian and Lachlan to help with future electrical needs when they arise.
