Delivery was delayed by supply chain issues, and Joe kept us fully informed and up to date. When the equipment was ready, Joe delivered it on time, unpacked and installed it. He then gave us a basic tutorial on how to operate the TV and Apple box. Throughout the process he was prompt, communicative, co-operative and responsive to our needs. He is very helpful, persistent (as the wiring was quite complicated at the end of the day) and his work is very high quality. His rates are very reasonable. He is also very pleasant to deal with and proactive in making suggestions. We will definitely be using Joe/Maxlink for all electrical jobs going forward!
