We ordered a smart TV from Joe, who was very helpful, including advice on what peripherals we might need - just an updated Apple box. Delivery was delayed by supply chain issues, and Joe kept us fully informed and up to date. When the equipment was ready, Joe delivered it on time, unpacked and installed it. He then gave us a basic tutorial on how to operate the TV and Apple box. Throughout the process he was prompt, communicative, co-operative and responsive to our needs. Joe cable wired our place for the internet and has since assisted with a few further matters. He is very helpful, persistent (as the wiring was quite complicated at the end of the day) and his work is very high quality. His rates are very reasonable. He is also very pleasant to deal with and proactive in making suggestions. We will definitely be using Joe/Maxlink for all electrical jobs going forward!
