Mark and his team were incredibly helpful, personable and professional. I am a single, young female with a mortgage so I was quite worried about the costs of changing downlights (which were essential), but the whole team were quick to put the worries to ease. They changed my halogen downlights, to LED and changed my dimmer and explained each step and why it was necessary. They also offered different options and explained what each meant so I felt supported the whole process. I am incredibly happy with the outcome and could not recommend a team more. Will definitely be using them with any further upgrades or installations!
