The first thing that impressed me about Better Electrical was their genuine friendly service. I got another electrician out early in the morning to quote the same job from another company with the big shiny website and he told me the price was whatever his iPad told him and it was ridiculously expensive. I asked him to leave. Then I met Andrew from Better Electrical, it was like a breath of fresh air, a real tradesman I could talk to about the job and what I wanted to have done. He talked me through the job and his quote was absolutely spot on and a quarter of what the the other electrician from the other company was asking for and very fair. Most importantly he checked his schedule and fitted me in around his other jobs, so the work was done quickly, well and the boys were respectful and cleaned up after themselves. Impressed!
