We had an unusual issue with our home due to old wiring and needed immediate attention. I did a search on a FB site in the locale and Hayden Burns Electrical were recommended overwhelmingly. Hayden from the start was extremely positive, willing and considerate of our lifestyle and perspective and made a conscious attempt to attend asap. He identified a number of outstanding issues causing safety concerns to my home of 5 including 3 young girls and explained what needed to be done in lamens terms. Hayden presented a number of alternatives which included a number of discounts that we took advantage of and as such ended up paying less than initially quoted. He completed what work he could at home before transferring it to our home to minimise disruptions from power outages, and adhered to COVID requirements the whole time with diligence. Hayden is not only someone who clearly cares about the best interests and safety of his customers, but worked with us to get the best outcome and delivered in spades with quality service. He even attended to works not initially included unprompted which was very kind. No hesitation obviously in recommending this professional.
