Nic is great, he booked a quote and arrived on time, we went through all my needs and he put a quote together pricing individual items so I could fully understand the cost of each component. He was responsive to my queries and took feedback on board. Leading up to and on install day, Nic communicated clearly and kept me in the loop about progress. He worked efficiently and demonstrated the new things he installed for me. Part of the work was installing sensor lights that only turn on after dark, he followed up with me the next day to ensure they met my needs. He also kept a tidy space as he worked, made sure he wasn't in my way and undertook work that involved turning off various circuits at times that suited my work from home situation. I'm now looking at getting additional work done in another part of the house, Nic has helped me think through options and decide on an approach that will look good and be functional.

I can't say enough good about Nic from Bellelec. He sent a text to give me a time he would arrive beforehand, he arrived on time and gave a competitive quote on the spot. He then offered to do the job right then and did a great job. I don't write reviews but this is the sparky you want in your house or business. He was clean and took great care in doing a great job. I will hire him again. 5 stars
