In early November 2025 Mitch quoted to install air conditioning at our house in Robertson. He provided options for either a ducted system or a couple of split systems and explained the pros and cons of both. We opted for a ducted Panasonic system and despite the end of year rush the team were able to install our air con before Christmas! Installation only took a day and Mitch gave a full run down on system operation that afternoon. All work was carried out in a professional and tidy manner. Mitch and his team are great to work with and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Adapt Air and Electrical to anyone considering air conditioning.

Mitch and his team installed a reverse cycle Mitsubishi Heavy Industries unit at my elderly Mother's place, today. The specific unit was at our request and Mitch was most helpful, obliging and respectful right from the very first contact, through to completion. Mitch turned up when he said he would, both for the quote and installation. The Adapt team were actually able to install ahead of the original quoted date. Their work was carried out to a very high standard and they didn't leave a speck of dust behind. Cannot have wished for a better standard of service and I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. What a pleasure it was to have Mitch and his team install two split systems at our place in Mittagong. The team’s attention to detail is clearly evident in both the placement and overall quality of the installation. I was particularly impressed that I only needed to explain my preferred locations for the outdoor units once (with the outdoor units positioned on a different side of the house to the indoor systems) and they were installed exactly as intended. We obtained two quotes, and it was clear that Mitch had genuinely considered the size of the house, proposing a larger and more suitable system compared to the alternative. Lastly, I would like to highlight how quiet the systems are. Given that the property includes both a house and a granny flat, we couldn’t be happier with how quiet and unobtrusive they are. Adapt Air guys turned up right on time when the plumbers finished as requested. They got their work done efficiently and cleaned up and a neat and tidy, professional job finished and everything working.
