A-Light Australia

A-Light installed our new battery in Coffs Harbour in February 2026. Andre was our point of contact. He was very polite and proactive. He followed up without being pushy. He offered us a good price for a Fox ESS but it was not going to fit in our garage. I requested a thinner battery, so he organised for a Neovolt. I only had to wait about one week before installation. There were 3 men who came to install. They were friendly, competent, efficient and patient to answer questions. I highly recommend A-Light.

Thoroughly recommend A-Light Australia - would give them 10 stars if I could. The whole process was excellent from the initial consult with Andre who explained the process clearly while discussing my individual needs and wants to get a system that suited me (without "upselling" me into stuff I didn't need) through to James and the install crew who did an outstanding job. They followed all timelines (if fact they were early), worked quickly and efficiently to install the batteries but still took the time to explain the system and the app and how to get the most out of the system. They even rang 24hrs later to make sure I was still happy - I would even recommend them to my mother!!!

Andre and his team were fantastic - from quote and followup - through to install. Thorough and efficent. Quote was on-point, install was done in under the time frame originally quoted - all in all great service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
