From explaining the why's and what's of the system, the quotes, to the scheduling, organising with our power retailer, it was tailored to a customer-centric approach that made the process very smooth and easy. David, on the otherhand, went outside of his schedule to visit our property on a weekend to accommodate our availability and went through what's best for our system. During the installation day, David and his team were very efficient and professional. Arrived on time, courteous, and with detailed workmanship on their craft. Everything was marked and labelled with no visible cables lying around, and then ensured the work area was tidied up after everything was done. He then went the extra mile, professionally installing 2x Whirlybirds for us as a complimentary courtesy. Once done, he got the system and everything operational, then walked us through how to navigate the system through the app very patiently after a hot, sunny install. After the installation, Innovate Electrical and Solar's post-installation support was exceptional and prompt. David and Leah, both extended their customer care when weeks after, we experienced an outage in our property, and contacted them. They were very helpful in navigating us on what to do and who to contact, and got our power back and running in no time, even if it had nothing to do with their installation as the backup battery system was running flawlessly that we didn't notice until the app notification. Overall, Innovate Electrical and Solar delivered impressive results that met our needs perfectly. We highly recommend them and would certainly use their services again.

The Installation Experience You Want. Leah, David, and their team were fantastic! They were amazing throughout the whole process – from quoting and sales to the installation. Plus, we found their pricing to be very competitive. We got quotes through SolarQuotes and also externally. Before we made our decision, I spent a considerable amount of time researching and delving into configuration and pricing information on forums. What truly swayed our decision was the upfront and honest approach taken by Leah and David. They were also genuinely patient and detail-oriented. On installation day, David and his team were punctual, detailed, and incredibly helpful in resolving an issue on our roof. Leah helped me with countless different quote options and alternate designs and was extremely helpful the whole time. David and his team are extremely knowledgeable and helped guide me to find the best solar and battery solution for my needs and budget.
