James replaced our old kitchen rangehood with a Schweigen a month ago, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. His communication was consistently prompt and informative. Prior to accepting his quote, he provided me with useful information which enabled me to know what to look for in selecting a rangehood and what would suit the current cabinetry space without requiring major alterations. His work was tidy and competently done and his quote was reasonable when I compared it to another business. Somehow he managed to install the huge rangehood by himself including ducting it externally (as his helper wasn't able to attend due to unforeseen circumstances). Unexpectedly he also went out of his way to go to Bunnings to buy some timber to fix a gap in the cabinetry (despite cabinetry work not being a part of his services), which shows his commitment and pride in ensuring a complete job for his customers. I've been frying up many steaks over the past month and can see what a significant improvement the exhaust extraction has been with the new rangehood and in part due to James' excellent workmanship.

We couldn’t be happier with the work Jimmy from JKam Electricals did at our home! He took on a massive job—rewiring the entire house, upgrading the switchboard, installing fans, downlights (inside and out), deck lights, and even setting up our TV soundbars—all with precision and care. What stood out most was his professionalism and communication. Even on days he couldn’t make it, he kept us informed without us having to chase him. We also love how he follows up to make sure everything is working perfectly. He and his mate worked with such great energy, singing and keeping the mood light while getting everything done to perfection. James and the team have completed a number of jobs around our home now, including the installation of an Alfresco range hood, an induction cooktop plus other bits and pieces. We are always impressed by the quality and standard of the work. Highly recommended for any electrical work required.
