Ben was excellent to work with. He provided a quote timely for work to be undertaken, communicated well to arrange time and date to suit customer availability and confirmed prior to attending. He was on time, professional, executed the work showing dedication to his service and easy to work with. I would recommend him for electrical work.

We had an excellent response from Ben at Benchmark, particularly as our problem occured on a Sunday, we contacted Ben on a Monday morning, and he came and fixed our problem before Monday lunchtime. Conisdering this was on 22 December, only just before Christmas and New Year, and our problem would have left our house without electrical power probably until the new year Ben saved us a lot of trouble.
