They were honest when we asked if our garage door needed a service yet ..where most companies will sting you for a service even if it's not necessary yet. I was more than impressed with the work that Mark, AKA, Luke did for me today. Due to a rookie mistake I found myself with a roller door that would no longer work, via the motor, and had to be manually operated. Kind of like having a dog but doing your own barking. Mark identified the fault within 5 to 10 minutes so I got him to do a complete service to make it worthwhile the visit. I also got Mark to sell me an after market remote to replace the one I put thru the washing machine. The new remote was $50 as opposed to the $260 i had paid for 2 just under a year ago!! I was more than happy with his workmanship and the $200 it cost for the service and a new remote.
