Today, John guided me through the necessary steps to get my garage door working again after my failed attempt at programming a new clicker. It has relieved a huge amount of stress knowing that it it's working again. He offers great service at affordable prices. I will definitely use him again when the need arises. John installed a roller door to the rear of our garage today (new build; no door there previously). We found John to be very professional, responsive to our emails, and knowledgeable, offering advice as to which door would be best, and pros/cons of manual vs automated. Due to an issue at the manufacturer's end, our door was unfortunately delayed; while this was frustrating, Nexgen kept us updated throughout the process, until we could arrange a time for the install. The door looks and works great, and John also shared tips for caring for both our new roller door, and our existing garage door. Definitely recommend and would engage again 👍

I had a new garage door installed yesterday by John. The finished job looks fantastic and really transforms our house. The experience of dealing with John was professional from start to finish. His service and punctuality was spot on, which is something that you don't find often these days. I cannot recommend John enough if you are in the market for a new door. Thank you John.

An excellent service from the team at NexGen. Efficient quoting process. Not expensive. John locked in a delivery/installation date and in it went, pretty as a picture, no drama. Highly recommended.
