These guys are Seriously Good! They were happy to do a site visit and provide a quote for Harvey which is approx 100klms away. I found their price very competitive and my wife and I are very happy with the product. Their communication, booking in to install and reliability is excellent. Whilst on site they did slightly extra and didn't even charge for it. We ordered 12 shutters and were so happy we ended doing the rest of the house. I find these reviews can be very helpful for people who are looking for reliable, competitive providers with good customer service. I primarily dealt with Rob who was very professional and friendly. Recently had roller shutters installed on an older home, and couldn't be more pleased with the outcome and the professionalism shown throughout the process. Given the age of the house, there were quite a few unforeseen challenges — from removal of rusted on old fixtures and uneven walls to difficulties accessing the roof space — but the installer handled everything with patience, skill, and a solutions-focused attitude. What really stood out was the collaborative effort between the installer and the electrician. When issues arose with getting cabling or conduit into the roof, they both returned promptly and worked together to resolve the problem efficiently, ensuring a neat and functional finish. Despite the complications that came with working on an older property, the job was completed to a high standard. The shutters look fantastic and work perfectly. I really appreciated the clear communication, attention to detail, and the extra time taken to get things right. Highly recommended for anyone looking to install shutters, especially on a tricky or older home!

Pelican Roller Shutters is a very professional company. Communication throughout the process has been great. Upon inspection post installation on my residence, I noticed there was a couple of dents. I contacted them with photos, and they have offered/ordered replacement parts free of charge. The trades that came out to complete install were very courteous and accommodating as we wanted our roller shutter wired into our light switch. Highly recommend to anyone in the area looking to install roller shutters.

Awesome customer service from start to finish , fixing our old type wind up Roller Shutter , explained I would have to leave work to meet them at home , gave me a call 1/2 hour before , both turned up at the same time , repair done in 10mins , worse part I was back in work within the hour 🤦🏼‍♂️🤣 highly recommended these guys , nice to see old school customer service exist
