Found Shandfield Doors google searching Australian Made doors, in particular the quite hard to find 2 in 1 style. After visiting the factory and speaking with Jerry, who showed me some of the range and features and quoting a price, it was a clear decision to go with this company. The door itself is beautifully made and secure with 316 stainless steel mesh, providing security when the smaller door is opened to allow free air flow. Jerry was great to deal with, excellent communication and estimated lead time accurate. Installation by Colin was completed in an afternoon, including removal of the old doorway and side light window. Very highly recommended ✅

I am not his customer, but I want to write this review because he is truly a good and honest person. I planned to replace my front door from timber to aluminum because my current timber door wasn’t well sealed and would rattle when the wind came. I found his shop on Google and went theredoor replacement. He told me honestly that he only sells timber doors, and also pointed out that there was actually nothing wrong with my door. He even gave me a lock plate for free and advised me — with photos — to get a door seal from Bunnings. He showed me how to fix the rattle and improve the sealing. When I tried to pay him, he refused and said he wouldn’t charge for anything he didn’t do. I was really touched by his honesty and kindness. Highly recommended.

AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING work and customer service. We just got our custom front doors. Jerry’s customer service is the BEST. Jerry talked us through the work from the beginning and kept us updated as the work on the doors was being done and Jerry understood exactly how we wanted the stain and finish of the doors to be. The doors were delivered and installed as promised – in fact earlier than the due date initially agreed. The front doors are now making a “real statement” in our house – they are beautifully done!
