  I can't fault these guys. We were looking to have our whole house double glazed, and I'm so glad I came across them. The whole process, from my first visit to the factory where I spoke with Rodel about what I was looking for, to the conclusion once our windows had been fitted, was flawless. Rodel was amazing with his knowledge, his guidance, his support, and his patience, and Cheryl constantly emailed me with updates as to when our goods had been ordered, when they were due in, approximate time to manufacture, and installation dates. In a world where customer service seems to be increasingly lacking, K&B Windows have set a high benchmark for me. And we are over the moon with our new windows too! Thank you, Rodel, and Cheryl, I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending you :)
