Thanks very much for staying past closing time to await the arrival of our locksmith Bill on Monday arvo, to pickup a replacement mechanism for our broken Gainsborough Tri-Lock. That meant we could enjoy the public holiday without worrying about a useless back door :)

Excellent customer service. We’ve just built a new home and our Gainsborough deadlock thumb-turn went missing due to poor trades finishes. Contacted Allegion and they said that they do not sell the part separately but out of goodwill will send me a replacement. Received by express post two days later. Really impressed by Allegion, highly recommend.

Very impressed with their customer service - spoke to Tania who was knowledgeable and helpful about a problem with a front door lock. She informed me it was under warranty and requested an email be sent to them. Received a call from their locksmith - Dale within the day informing that he would come out the next day. He came as promised, was courteous and professional - quite frankly I have never experienced such a high level of customer service. Congratulations to Allegion for putting customers first!!!

Best customer service going! My grandmother has been looking to replace a door handle which had become faulty after 13 years, manufactured by Gainsborough / Allegion. For almost a year she had tried every shop within 50km without a lead. After visiting her and getting in touch with Allegion, not only did they reply with a prompt response but also sent a replacement part to our door! (haha). Cannot thank Bill in the customer service team enough, she will be telling all her friends about the service forever. Small things like this make another persons whole year.

After a wasted visit to Bunnings to buy a replacement screw set for a Gainsborough door handle I rang Gainsborough direct. The assistant couldn't have been more helpful. I explained one of the locking screws on an old door handle had come loose and the middle cylinder had been lost - probably vacuumed up. She asked how many I needed - I said two sets meaning top and bottom screws - she said better get 3 sets. Anyway I got 3 sets each of 4 screw sets in a jiffy bag posted out all at no charge. I fitted the two I needed this weekend and they were exactly what was needed. Pleasant, knowledgeable and prompt customer service - and all conducted from an Aussie service centre. Don't change anything!
