Lomond replaced all the windows in my 1950s house and it was a good experience from start to finish. 1. I got quotes from three different providers. Lomond had a really competitive quote and a product as good as the most expensive quotes (I'm an engineer). 2. Christina took a lot of time to talk me through all the different stages and communicated really well when there were slight delays. Great person to work with. 3. Matt and his installers were really good at installing. They worked with me and a carpenter to modify a section of wall to better suit a sliding door. When part of my 70 year old windowsill cracked, they procured a replacement and fitted it at no extra cost. Cleaned up after themselves very well after the job was done.

I decided to invest in Vacuum Insulated Double Glazing by Panasonic (Glavenir) , paired with a new PVC frame, to combat the constant hum of traffic. The results have been nothing short of life-changing. The vacuum-sealed glazing (Glavenir) and sturdy frame create a phenomenal barrier against noise. For the first time in years, I can sleep peacefully without the interruption of highway sounds. I’m beyond thrilled with the quality of the product and the service provided by Lomond Windows. We had more than a 5 star experience with Lomond windows and can not recommend them highly enough. We had balcony doors replaced and they were not suitable because of the waterfront position. Lomont windows came twice to try and fix the problem but water still seeped in when it rained heavily. Finally we were offered a complete replacement of a supervisor product at no cost to us and there was no stress at any stage. This time it is perfect, not a drop of water comes through.
