    The staff at Dowell in Moonah (Hobart) expertly rectified some problems with two sliding doors that were poorly installed by the builder of the house I purchased in 2019. The house was built in 2012, so there was no warranty involved. I had to pay a significant fee to engage the Dowell team, but you get what you pay for. Thanks to Alison and Mick for a job well done.
