From the moment I called Wayne, the communication back to me was fantastic! From initial contact to getting a quote and finally accepting the quote and then to making the appointment to replace my broken tri-lock on my security screen door was great. His price for the job was the best out of the 4 quotes I received. On the day of the job Ben came out 10 mins earlier and he had completed the job within 30 mins. From the very beginning Wayne from instant security - northern has been wonderful. Communication has been open and transparent. He even sent me a nice reminder the day before to let me know roughly what time the installer would be arriving. Ben was my installer and he was lovely! Refusing to accept a drink (water, coffee or Coca Cola). Ben was here for around and hour/ hour and a half. The door is gorgeous! And now I feel far more safe within my home Thank you so much Wayne and Ben, I highly recommend you both and the service you provide. Holly
