1st Choice Roller Doors

Five stars for Ray & Michael for getting our older Gliderol garage roller doors going again after one lost tension. Both doors running better than ever now. Another repairman said or door was unfixable but 1st choice came promptly and fixed it in about an hour. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♂️

I’ve had other companies out here for "regular service" in the past, but they usually do a sloppy job and never bother to point out potential issues, which completely defeats the purpose of regular maintenance. Usually, they just try to upsell a new motor or hide poor workmanship up on the ceiling. Ray and Michael from 1st Choice Roller Doors were a different story. They were responsive, on time, attentive, and actually skilled enough to fix our panel lift door properly. No pushy sales tactics, just honest work at a very reasonable price. They really live up to the name, definitely my 1st choice from now on.👍

The team very efficiently and neatly raised 2 roller doors on our garage. 1st Choice were able to accommodate my availability constraints. They neded to trim some external flashing that I thought might be obvious when done, but it is so neat that it looks like it was always that way since installation. Both doors have been in regular use for the last 3 days and working very smoothly. They supplied new tracks and other fiittings to ensure it was done properly. Very happy with the work.

Michael from 1st Choice Roller Doors was fantastic! My motor had seized and even the manual release was stuck. He came out after hours to get me out of trouble and was back the next day to replace the motor. He also serviced the door and fixed a few issues I didn’t even notice.
