Usually, they just try to upsell a new motor or hide poor workmanship up on the ceiling. Ray and Michael from 1st Choice Roller Doors were a different story. They were responsive, on time, attentive, and actually skilled enough to fix our panel lift door properly. No pushy sales tactics, just honest work at a very reasonable price. They really live up to the name, definitely my 1st choice from now on.👍

They neded to trim some external flashing that I thought might be obvious when done, but it is so neat that it looks like it was always that way since installation. Both doors have been in regular use for the last 3 days and working very smoothly. They supplied new tracks and other fiittings to ensure it was done properly. Very happy with the work.

He came out after hours to get me out of trouble and was back the next day to replace the motor. He also serviced the door and fixed a few issues I didn’t even notice. Great workmanship, very knowledgeable, and attention to detail is second to none. Highly recommend!
