Updated Review - After a good pre-sale experience, and a not so good post sales experience I am updating my review from 1 star to 4 stars. Whilst I was disappointed with the initial interaction following the delivery of my window, the State Sales Manager has made a huge effort to ensure my complaints were resolved. I you are goiing DIY, the only advise I would give is to get some photos of actual windows, and understand the measurements. Our windows are correct, but there was a recess in the windows that wasn't explained to me (pictured), and we will now have to redo the framing around the window with a thicker frame to get them to fit correctly and be water tight. It will be a few more weeks until I can get to resolving this issue, and I will try and update with some pictures of the finished product.
