Very good service and very honest people. Sam helped me fix the garage door. Previously, henry garage repair replaced springs for me and overcharged three times more (1400+!), and didn't put back the screw in the right way and even the springs were smaller than they should be. Sam helped me to fix these.

Sam is very professional. He can go to the site to see the garage door problems and give the free quote. Our garage door's chain is missing some teeth, so it can not be open. Because the macket does not has this model, he gave his honest opinion about the situation. In addition, he gave the brochure of the new machine to let us to have a better idea about it. The price he gave to us is very reasonable, and cheaper than other place. The job he did is very good. Cheap price excellent service. If there has any future garage door issues, Sam will be the first phone call.

Excellent service A++. Accidentally gave them wrong address but they were so polite about it. Snapped springs, motor replacement, bearings, frames, they'll do the whole lot. Contacted Sam last night for my snapped spring and not only replaced my springs today but also my bearings that helps with the wires to pull the doors. My garage door spring snapped early morning today and I googled Sam’s business and checked his reviews so found positive reviews so I text him with a photo of the garage issue. Sam was very fast in response with different spring options n prices so I booked him. Very professional n prompt during his visit explained me all steps taken to fixing it and his wife was also very friendly and efficient and both them fixed with new springs n serviced it within 30mins. I needed to replace the garage door motor. I contacted the Service to perhaps schedule a time in the coming week, but Sam turned up and fixed it the next day (in an hour). The price is highly reasonable, too. Thank you for the super informative advice, efficient and professional work. I wil certainly come here again next time if needed.
