Wideline Windows & Doors

The windows are of good quality, but what really prompted me to give them a 5 stars rate was the impeccable installation. For anybody thinking of ordering from Vision3, I would suggest you ask for Bruce to install your windows/doors. I Could not be happier. However, I was not so happy with Vision3 when they required total payment 1 week before the goods were ready. I think it is fair to ask for a big deposit, but full payment for goods one week before delivery? a bit too much, in my opinion.

Vision 3 window systems is a good company. They have replaced 14 windows and 3 sliding doors for our house last month. All of them are delivered on time and finished installation in 7 days. We are very happy with their work. Many thanks to Rep. Scott and installer Bruce.

After being recommended by a friend who used Vision 3 for their new build, I went in and met with the team to discuss my options whilst doing a renovation. They were open, honest and extremely helpful from the outset and I have nothing but praise for them. They worked closely with our builder and together they made a professional team who got everything installed in time and within our budget.

I have used vision 3 windows on a few projects big and small over the past few years with no issues in product or customer service. Ordered windows for my extension and renovation. Nothing was a problem. Was delivered on time and in full with no hassles. There was a problem with a couple of the windows in relation to the glass. This was addressed quickly by their very capable staff and rectified. I highly recommend Vision 3.

Vision 3 supplied all the windows and doors for our new house in Pittwater. They were a pleasure to deal with, delivered on time and the sliding doors and windows work well. They worked with us on deliveries too which is a great help when you are building on a difficult site as we were.
