Ultraframe uPVC Windows and Doors Sydney

We contacted Ultraframe initially to replace some really run down windows which were cracked and a security risk in our home when we first moved in. Joe showed up to do a measure and quote and he gave us a lot of his time and knowledge without pushing sales at us. He worked through every single one of our questions, came up with a design to improve security/aesthetics of the place and provided us with a fair and honest price in his quote. Eventually we installed our first six windows with screens through him and his team. After the first project completed, we had Joe come back a second and third time to do a further four windows, two double glazed doors and two security screen doors. All of which were done to their high standard. The home feels so comfortable from the improved sound insulation and the improved temperature stability that their product provides. We would never go back to single pane windows. Thank you to Joe and his incredible team for the work done on our home and making our space as comfortable as it is. Ultraframe supplied and installed x14 windows, x6 glass sliding doors, x6 retractable flyscreens, x5 mesh flyscreens, a front entry door, and laundry door. I was impressed with the quality of the work and turnaround time. The team worked at heights to install some of the windows and it was all put together very well; secure and soundproof. It increased the value of the property immensely. The guys promptly removed all the old doors, glass and frames, and cleaned up. All the sliding doors were consistent with the ones I saw at the Ultraframe showroom. Shirley was kind and informative. Alex was helpful and patient and gave me inspiration for the doors. Joe was very knowledgeable and kept me informed along the way. He was also of good value with his experience in the building industry. There was no upselling and no dishonesty. A positive experience overall.

As part of our renovation, we chose Ultraframe to replace our kitchen window and entrance door. Alex, Joe and the team did a fantastic job. The work was done fast, super clean and flawless. In fact, it was so good, we had them come back and do the rest of the house. And again, the job was executed fantastically and super professional. I can only recommend UltraFrame, their team and the PVC product with double glazing....forget about timber or aluminium windows. Had windows installed in 3 bedrooms last week. Wife liked it so much, I'm getting the entire house done. Acoustic and thermal insulation is top notch. Customer service is outstanding. Don't know where to start as there are just so much to say about Ultraframe. Joe and his team recently replaced 10 of our old timber windows/doors with Golden Oak uPVC ones as specifically requested to retain the similar look and character of our place. They have done an absolutely impeccable job! Their quotation was thorough so there was no surprises at the end; Alex and Joe were very approachable and prompt with responses during the early consultation stage, and covered all the details; the installation completed within the week as advised, the whole team was friendly and polite, organised and immaculate, the workmanship was of highest standard as Joe was hands-on and placed a lot of care in what he and his team were doing. Joe was also very accommodating to our specific requirements, and went over and beyond to ensure customer's satisfaction. The pricing was also reasonable for the market of similar products, as I had done a lot of researches before engaging with Ultraframe. We are delighted with our new windows/doors and have so much enjoyment looking at them everyday even when the frames are yet to be stained to match the colours, and it is also evident that the new windows provide better insulation and noise reduction.
