Great company to deal with. They booked us in quickly, came out to assess and quote but fixed the door on the spot and their pricing was very competitive. Would recommend

I had my car broken into and my remote for my garage door was taken. I called Well Hung Doors they told me they would be out ASAP. I couldn’t pay until the next day but they told me it was ok. They came out recorded the door and gave me a remote. I thanked them and said I will transfer money in the morning. He told me not to worry about it and did it for free. I can’t thank them enough. Thank you Well hung doors.

What fantastic customer service! Door wasn't locking and Warren talked me through on how to sort the problem. He was so helpful and patient and NOT condescending in any way which I find rampant in customer service these days! I would recommend Well Hung Doors to each and everyone because you know a great job will be done. Nice to find a business that has pride!

Our garage door wasn't working after power outage. Rang the company and they talked me through what I needed to do to get it working again. Excellent customer service.

Door Installation costs & guides

Frequently asked questions

How much do door installers typically charge?
Costs vary widely depending on whether the job is a simple adjustment, a standard internal or external door install, or work involving custom doors or frame modifications. Quotes commonly combine a call-out fee, hourly labour and materials, with after-hours or emergency work usually attracting higher rates. The live pricing shown on this page reflects current regional rates and the typical job bands for each type of work.
Do door installers charge call-out fees?
Many door installers charge a call-out fee to attend and assess the job, and this is usually separate from labour and materials. Call-out fees are common in the rate card, though they may sometimes be waived if substantial work proceeds; it’s worth confirming this when requesting a quote. After-hours or weekend attendance often attracts higher rates.
Do door installers need a licence in Australia?
Yes. Door installers generally need a contractor licence or registration in every Australian state and territory; in NSW the relevant authority is the Building Commission NSW (formerly NSW Fair Trading). Look for a valid state contractor licence or registration displayed on quotes and advertising, an ABN with active registration and appropriate public liability insurance.
How do I get a quote from Well Hung Doors Australia?
