These guys are great and accommodated all my questions and even gave me samples to bring home of the window trim. I had double glazing in the UK and as it’s not in common use here I was hoping for a great standard and honestly the windows are amazing. I had a neighbour walking their dog shout across the road to me how much they love our new windows, they look amazing. The quality is there, the contrast in how clear the glass is compared to our originals is huge and I will be looking to replace the rest plus our doors. There is an instant difference to internal temperature regulation and the crickets are non-existent sound wise in my bedroom now.

We have ordered 4 UPVC double glazed (tilt and turn) windows for our unit which is next to Parramatta road. We are very satisfied with the whole process since beginning. Sherry was a great person to take care of our order and kindly suggested the glass that was more effective in terms of soundproofing. He always communicated very clearly and updated us with any detail. We highly recommend this company if you need a high quality windows and good customer service.

Our new windows are amazing. We have really noticed a difference with less noise and better insulation properties from the cold. We are also very happy with how nice they look inside and out. We purchased new double glazed sliding doors and windows for our house and they have made a big difference to how comfortable our house is now in both winter and summer. Dealing with Sherry from UPVC Windows has been a pleasure. It is really hard to think of a person who has been more helpful to deal with. We live in the Bega Valley and wanted to fit the windows and doors ourselves. Sherry delivered them showed us how to fit them and left us all the required tools we needed. The quality and price of the windows is great.

Probably the singular best customer service I have ever received anywhere. Sherry's communication is instant, personal and helpful. He is always trying his absolute best to iron out any difficulties and has been so helpful throughout a not always straight forward install in an older house. We chose after LOTS of research (and it says a bit....because I'm a researcher by occupation) to go with uPVC and so far I have most certainly noticed a HUGE difference in the insulation of our house. This is now the type of comfortable house I so fondly remember from my childhood in northern Europe. The doors and windows are solid and chunky which looks stunning and close with such a satisfying "vacuum seal" sound :) Oh yes, an another plus is that we are no longer woken up by the rooster - sound insulation is MUCH superior to aluminium.
