Thanks to Matt and Scotty. Legendary customer service. They went above and beyond I’ve never met better blokes in my life. I will happily go to trend every time thanks to them. Outstanding performance, they’re the last faces you see and they take their services to above and beyond. Thanks boys for making my experience much more enjoyable.

Not great, delivered without keys for the windows, damaged screen on the sliding door, no latch for the same door and they have a heavy handed window lock installer in the factory because they haven’t installed the locking mechanism properly and they bent the aluminium and torn more than one of them. One of the back splash windows and one of the awning windows in the first rainy day is leaking between the bottom joint of the aluminium frame. Obviously it wasn’t manufactured properly. Poor quality windows. Spoken to trend, small amount of push back but they are sending someone out to look at it. UPDATE……, trend have come out and fixed all issues. The gentleman who came out were very professional and were genuinely nice people.

Recently ordered a new window and door from these guys and they’re great. Great quality. Great value. Would definitely be back and recommend to others. It was such a pleasure dealing with our sales rep, Elissa Newman who was very helpful from start to end and even after sales. David and Jaydan from Despatch were also very helpful and went over and beyond their duties to ensure that the delivery was done well and safe.

Thank you for our beautiful new doors. We found everyone we dealt with extremely professional and helpful. The doors fit in perfectly, we fully recommend Trend and we will be back. As before mentioned, we returned to purchase our new windows. Once again everyone was extremely helpful and professional and the product is of excellent quality.
