Pillidge Garage Doors

I submitted a request this morning for a service. I was surprised at how fast Eddie called me, and was able to service our garage doors this afternoon. Very impressed with their service and professionalism.

What excellent service… garage door was jammed open on Friday night. I was going away next week so I was starting to panic about how I might get it sorted out. After seeing recommendations on a Facebook community group I called PGD Saturday morning. The owner was about to go on holidays with his family that morning, but he was happy to look at photos to see if he could help me. He promptly called me back and said he would be there in half an hour!He got it sorted so it would open and close again. What excellent customer service. Going out of his way to help me out on a day when he was already committed to going on holidays. He could’ve easily decided not to pick up or said he was too busy. I couldn’t recommend this guy highly enough. He was polite, communicative and I can see why the community group recommended him.
