We recently moved into our new house in Fitzroy Falls (NSW Southern Highlands). During the construction process our builder suggested considering Schuster Doors & Windows, which we did. Right from the first contact, their service, knowledge of products, attention to detail, commitment to delivery times and the eventual quality of the delievered products was fantastic. We are 100% delighted that we went with Schuster Doors and Windows and so many of our friends (some are builders) have been very complimentary of the look and high quality. Almost four years ago we had all our windows and sliding doors replaced with double glazed windows, by 'Schuster Windows'. It was a very extensive project, and handled right from start professionally. Deliver and installation was according to schedule. Even some time has passed now, we still enjoy our investment. No faults or leakages have been detected and the noise and heat reduction because of double glazing is very noticable. I can highly recommend this company for your intended window replacement.

After a lot of research we decided to go with Schuster Windows for our new build, using thermally broken aluminium double glazed windows and doors. René assisted us through the whole process, liaising with our architect and builder, and keeping us updated through the various issues we had building during the pandemic. He was onsite during delivery and visited again after the house was completed to fine tune the doors and windows. The hardware itself has been excellent, the tilt-turn windows are very convenient and the large sliding doors are a great feature in the living room. I have used Schuster Windows in all of my high end builds over the past 17 years - both solid timber and powder coated aluminium finish. The quality is as good as I have seen in all of that time and yet the price point is remarkably good value. On the few occasions that a problem has presented itself the response from the company has been immediate and 100% effective - no questions asked. Their sliding doors glide effortlessly and their european style "tilt and turn" casement windows offer excellent air flow whilst offering fantastic security against intrusion - both from flies and humans.
