I've been using midcoast windows since Tim started working here and that was 18 or so months ago and 25 jobs ordered so far with many more to follow. We, and our customers are very happy with the advice and knowledge about the various windows we receive before placing the order and even after the windows arrive on-site. I think in the time we've been using midcoast windows, we've only had to have site service attend no more than 3 times for very minor issues. These have been attended to within 48 hours of putting in the request. Unlike another major window company we use as well where it's a 6 week min wait for site service.

Found these guys very helpful. I went in for a quote at the brookvale showroom on a Friday afternoon and nothing was too much trouble.

We had an excellent experience with Midcoast Windows. Brad was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the planning process, always accommodating the many updates we made and keeping us informed every step of the way. His communication and customer service were outstanding and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The windows arrived exactly when promised and look fantastic — really smart and great quality. We’re absolutely delighted with the result and would highly recommend Midcoast Windows. A big thank you to Brad for making the whole process so easy.
