Preferred Demolition

Mark & Linda have helped us with our subdivision project! From the get go they have been professional, friendly and a great source of knowledge. The site is clean, clear and all fences are intact. Linda is fantastic at guiding you through each step of the process and working your way backwards so you meet all of the key milestones. Our survey sketch was only done in the final week of June & here we are! Demolition is Done! Thank you

From the start to finish Mark and Linda at Preferred Demolition supported the demolition of our home with professionalism. They went over and above to ensure our neighbours were happy with the process, this included being flexible and patient with the documentation and approvals through until completion of the job and finishing of the block, ensuring a quality outcome and happy neighbours. Would definitely recommend Mark, Linda and Preferred Demolition for a family feeling to doing business with a professional outcome, with the little touches making it a pleasurable experience.

Linda and Mark have been most helpful with the demolition of our block so we can build our home. From the start they have been friendly, reliable and punctual and in the end, they have done a great job (even going above and beyond!)

thanks for the work that Linda, Mark, Brian and their guys did for me in clearing the hideous structure that was previously my add-on room into a pleasant and welcoming alfresco area. I love the new patio and it would not have happened without the wonderful work all of they did with the demolition and plumbing works. I've told everyone I know how about the excellent service I received from both Preferred Demoliton and Bripat Plumbing and especially Linda in the office who kept the boys in line. All those who have seen the new patio area have been really impressed with everything Preferred Demolition and Bripat Plumbing did in preparing for the new structure.

Anyone who lives next to a block with proposed demolition would be filled with dread. A demolition involving complete asbestos removal is enough to make you want to sell up and move! Unless you’re lucky enough to have “Preferred Demolition “ doing the job. What a refreshing change .this company was- totally professional right from the start. Beginning with a letter in the mailbox from the company stating their proposed work schedule and name and number of their contact. They worked carefully, safely and considerately and left the site clean and clear. I couldn’t be more surprised and grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them . Thanks Mark
