Demolition Depot

We are undertaking a knockdown rebuild project for our forever family home with Henley Homes. We engaged the Demolition Depot to undertake the demolition and prepare the site for building to Henley’s requirements. The Demo Depot quote was very competitive and Kim (manager) was very easy to work with. Once I had abolished the gas and electricity services, the demolition depot team moved in and finished the demolition at a high standard and quickly. The site staff were very friendly and professional and informative about the process. Being a first time home builder, I have really appreciated the advice and services I have received from the Demo Depot team and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

We went into this knowing absolutely nothing about house demolition, but Kim and the team made the whole process incredibly easy to understand. They walked us through every important step and made sure we knew exactly what to expect. They’ve been absolutely amazing to work with, and their pricing is so reasonable, especially when every dollar counts in a knockdown rebuild.

Absolutely amazing experience! There was much anxiety and stress about what goes into a Demolition. Kim and her crew were a pillar of support throughout. Providing great advice, assurance and confidence at each step of planning. Asbestos clearance was pain free. Actual Demolition was completed within 4 days in shocking weather but no complaints or additional fees, they just went about it. Land left clean and flat as expected by Builder. Thank you so much for such a postive start to our KDR journey!! Hopefully I don't demo another house but if I do, it's straight to Kim and her crew.

Kim was great to deal with and helped us navigating through procedural maze to get our job done asap, as we had been forced to switch the demo company in a last moment. The crew then did a thorough and precise job and in just over 3 days of effort completed the job. Truly impressive! Thank you for going above and beyond to help us.

Wow! Demolition Depot just completed our demo, they did a great job, left no stone unturned, levelled the site and did what they said... "all they leave are memories". Adrian and Dave also removed additional tanks that were not obvious and were hidden underground and pulled out the worlds biggest trees without damaging any other property. The teams on-site communcation with neighbours was exemplary. I appreciate they went above and beyond to ensure that everyone knew they were onsite and helped educate demo regulations to an inquisitive neighbour who offered some concern (retired...) Istrongly recommend the team to anyone looking for a reputable demolition company and wish to thank them with this review as a small token of my appreciation.
