I highly recommend Armstrong Demolition. Demolished 4 bedroom house for KDRB in Eastern suburb. Ahmad and his team did a really good job and left the site clean. Builder was happy with the site after demo. Their quote was a lot less than other demo companies. This included sewer and storm water capping.

Armstrong did an amazing job. Our neighbour has a swimming pool 1m away from our boundary. Ahmad and his team removed every brick very carefully and our neighbour was very happy about their work as well. I highly recommend them. Great service!

Dealing with Ahmad and the team has been an absolute breeze (and pleasure). They went and quoted the job quickly and gave a competitive quote with extras included. The demo job was done in a short period of time, with no questions asked, just in the nick of time before the Christmas holiday period starts. They've also been very communicative and accommodating with unexpected items like removal of underground septic tank, installing a water tap, sewer capping, tree removals and so on. Really couldn't recommend them higher. Great team to work with and responsible.

Everything has been easy. From booking in our job to being kept in the loop and finally demo taking place. We are down on the Mornington Peninsula. I read their name and recommendation on a building forum. Having a difficult and sloped block and getting treated like a nuisance by other companies, I cannot understate how professional Ahmed and his crew are. He offered good advice, knows his profession and the industry and gave great tips. What I thought was to be a heart breaking day watching our house go, turned out to be a great experience and I enjoyed every interaction with them every time I checked their progress.
